Ambassador Activity Report: catch-up

Would you please complete the form below for the latest activity you have done and for any plans you have in place for October-March. At the present time we need only know about one such activity, so we hope this will not be too onerous a task.

We need to determine how many of our SEAs are 'active' [that is have done work with either teachers, pupils or schools in the last year, or who are proposing to do so in the next six months]. This has suddenly become very important to us as the grant we receive to support SEAs activities is to be based from October on the number of active SEAs rather than the previous arrangement! It is therefore very important to us that we claim for every SEA.

Please give details of the latest activity you have completed as an Ambassador, either with teachers or pupils, and whether in or out of school/company. We need the name of the school/organisation, date or estimated date of activity, brief details of the activity and your involvement, and the number of children/teachers influenced (broadly). Please complete a separate form if there are different activities in different areas [Dorset, Somerset, West of England (former Avon area), Wiltshire and Swindon]. If children/teachers have attended a single activity from a number of areas please give details once on a single form.
State here brief details of an activity you are planning to do with pupils, schools or in your company/organisation in the next six months. Please give name of school and/or teacher(s) involved and number of pupils/teachers that benefit in the broadest sense from what you are doing, together with planned date(s).
Due to a change in reporting we now have to identify individual Setpoint areas within our returns, even though we operate under the unified title of Wessex Setpoint. Please indicate all areas for which your activity took place. If you did a second activity in another area please complete a second form with those details.
